[F23] 급성 및 일과성 정신병장애

용어 및 속성: [신체부위] 정신; [표제어] 조현병의 증상이 없는 급성 다형성 정신병장애; [용어] 환각, 망상 및 지각장애가 분명하나 변화가 심하여 매일, 심지어는 매시간 마다 변하는 급성 정신병적 장애. 강한 일과성의 행복감, 황홀감, 불안감을 동반한 감정적 소란 및 자극과민성도 흔히 있다. 다형성 및 불안정성이 전체 임상 양상의 특징이며 정신병적 양상이 조현병(F20.-) 진단을 정당화할 정도는 아니다. 이러한 장애는 보통 급작스럽게 발병하며 가끔씩은 몇 일 내에 발전하기도 하며 자주 빠른 증상의 해소를 보이며 재발은 없다. 만약 증상이 지속되면 진단을 지속성 망상장애(F22.-)로 바꾸어야 한다.; [표제어] An acute psychotic disorder in which hallucinations, delusions or perceptual disturbances are obvious but markedly variable, changing from day to day or even from hour to hour. These disorders often have an abrupt onset, developing rapidly within a few days, and they frequently show a rapid resolution of symptoms with no recurrence.
